For height 168–176 cm: shorter option 43–46 cm, safer (office-friendly) 47–50 cm, midi 52 cm and longer.
For height 177–185 cm: shorter option 47–50 cm, safer (office-friendly) 49–53 cm, midi 55 cm and longer.
